By accessing ChatStrangers, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited. By using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and our community guidelines.

2. User-Generated Content & Moderation

Users are solely responsible for their conduct. We strictly prohibit the following behaviors, which will result in an immediate and permanent ban:

  • Nudity, sexually explicit content, or soliciting such material.
  • Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or abusive language.
  • Illegal activities, spam, or distributing malicious links.
  • Sharing personally identifiable information (PII) of others.

We actively monitor reports. Any user found violating these rules will have their access revoked, and content will be removed.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatStrangers provides a peer-to-peer connection service "as is." We are not liable for the actions of individual users, though we take swift action against reported violations.
